'100 years from now it won't matter whether I died in 2012 or 2013 or even 2020. But I believe that some type of Cosmic Portal will be opening at that time and place and that an opportunity will present itself. I fully expect that it will either lead to the next level of this cosmic programme; freedom from an imprisoning time-loop; a Martian-like bubble; or something equally as exotic.'
-- Bertrand Russell, British philosopher and mathematician
1. The Evil US/German Chemical Industry
The major chemical cartels are mainly offshoots of the German giant corporation I G Farben, which was propelled to "success" by the use of slave labour in Nazi concentration camps. Much of the drug industry has this evil background too: Roche (Valium) and Bayer (heroin), for starters, were I G Farben subsidiaries. And, no, I'm not kidding. Bayer invented heroin! follow this linkBayer invented heroin
Several weeks ago, I told you that despite all evidence to the contrary the FDA had approved bisphenol-A as entirely safe. This may well have had something to do with a $5million “donation” to a fund whose chairman was also the chairman of the FDA panel which ruled bisphenol-A safe! [serendipity14#bisphenol-corruption]
FDA officials announced 15th Jan that they had now reversed their position that bisphenol A is safe. This is to be thanked but is hardly cause for relaxation.
The FDA, on its website, says is cannot effectively regulate BPA. Because BPA was classified years ago as an indirect food additive, it is not subject to the kind of scrutiny that other chemicals are. BPA, first manufactured in 1891, was later developed as a plasticizer in the early 1960s. It was classified in 1963 as an indirect food additive and is listed among some 3,000 chemicals that are “generally regarded as safe.” That designation exempts them from scrutiny.
According to the FDA’s regulations, a substance that is granted that status is not subject to FDA review. Current BPA food contact uses were approved under food additive regulations issued more than 40 years ago and need a change in the law to be amended to something more realistic.
The industry continues to be as criminal and phoney as ever, trying to manipulate opinion and scrutiny away from the dangers of their products. The Journal Sentinel obtained e-mails through the Freedom of Information Act showing just to what extent the chemical lobby had influenced the FDA’s view of BPA.
It emerged from these emails that chemical industry scientists wrote sections of the FDA’s earlier draft declaring the chemical to be safe for all uses. Industry lobbyists were even given priority treatment in scrutinizing safety studies, to neutralize them. Unbelievably, the FDA regulators looked to the chemical lobby itself for advice on how to deal with the media. "What do we tell the press and TV?"
Is this a government agency or a PR company for the drug and chemical industry?
In a meeting held in Washington, D.C., last May, food packaging executives mapped out a public relations strategy that included finding a pregnant woman to serve as a spokeswoman for the benefits of BPA. Notes referred to such a person as “the holy grail.”
This is as shabby and dishonest as the tactics of the tobacco industry, who found a few crooked doctors, who smoked and told the world cigarette smoking is completely safe.
Meanwhile, the industry completely stonewalls any attempts to get data from them. The law allows secrecy on grounds of commercial interest. The lawmakers did not envision this being used to hide evidence of deadly dangers in what the industry was doing.
But then no body of sane men and women would consider the emergence of anything as criminal, evil and greedy as the US/German chemical lobby, which even yet may lay waste our Earth, long before climate change does much harm.
[need I say that US chemical policy affects the whole world?]
Lots of people think the world will end in 2012. The current obsession is with the supposed Mayan prediction of the end of the world in Decmber 2012. The Mayan calendar stops in that year and lots of people think that means there is nothing beyond 2012. Ergo: end of the world.
Bear in mind that Christianity began preaching the end of the world, while Christ’s footprints were still visible in the sand. The “second coming” was supposed to be right away. Never happened!
Endless cults have come and gone with the "end of the world" message.
I don't rate the Mayans. I cringe to see them portrayed as this brilliant, advanced civilization. They are not here are they; they didn’t survive? How smart is that, to go extinct?
Worse than that, they are one of Mankind’s ugliest and most evil spawnings, who sacrificed living humans till the steps of the temples literally ran with blood. To me, that makes them cruel, vicious and unbelievably stupid, if they think that will make any difference to the course of real world events.
Why would I trouble myself over the workings of their calendar?
The truth is the world could end tomorrow. But it could last another billion years.
Why not take time out and ask yourself: what would I do if I knew for sure, that the world would end in a few months time? Maybe an asteroid collision. What would become really important?
Not getting rich or running for office, I'll wager. Kinda shows up the weakness of money, power and prestige, doesn't it?
I hope you would think in terms of healing and love. There will be time to try and put it all straight before you go.
For most people and most races, I hope it would be a time of outstanding peace and harmony. That narrow-minded partisan groups which we call terrorists would forget the urgency of trying to convert everyone on Earth to just their way of thinking. I also would wish that the USA would immediately give up trying to stop terrorist groups from doing this and send out peace emissaries!
In our last days, we would all need the freedom to reconcile our lives and find meaning in the nature of spirit and how this transcends the effects of the material universe.
Most of all, I hope that people who have ever loved come again to love those they may have quarreled with. I have an abhorrence of disconnecting with those one professed to love. How can such a thing be? If we ever loved, how can it really vanish? It either wasn’t love in the first place or it is there, all the time, buried, denied, forgotten.
I hope you would take time to seek out those you are severed from and heal the breach. It's never too late. Love is bigger than the end of the world!
I cannot tire of quoting these beautiful lines from Emmet Fox:
There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer;
no disease that enough love will not heal;
no door that enough love will not open;
no gulf that enough love will not bridge;
no wall that enough love will not throw down;
no sin that enough love will not redeem.
It makes no difference how deeply seated may be the trouble,
how hopeless the outlook,
how muddled the tangle, how great the mistake;
a sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all.
3. Lawyer Outshines The MDs!
Hannah Sutter, a British lawyer, has entered the health arena with compelling evidence! She has more sense than 99% of all trained MDs. She didn't follow the party line, she didn't follow the dollars, she didn't listen to Big Pharma's propaganda: she looked at the FACTS.
For 30 years I've been harrassed, criticized and abused for saying that cholesterol is a stupid measure of health and has nothing to do with heart disease; that saturated fats are SAFE and it's carbohydrates (starch) which kills-- not trans fats, take notice, starch.
I've followed the science for years and have seen only studies that prove saturated fats and cholesterol levels are not the problem. I have never seen a proper study that showed they were even suspect. Eskimos traditionally ate a diet so high in saturated fats that Europeans would retch when trying to eat it, yet they never had a documented case of heart disease, until they started eating our Western burger and fries diet.
Yet doctors, governments and Big Pharma go on churning out this torrent of lies, through ignorance, negligence, stupidity and corruption. And people go on falling for it.
4. SCENAR for Pets, Pussies, Ponies And Pooches...
Those of you who missed this important teleclass on yet another amazing aspect of the Russian SCENAR, can tune in to the recording I made. Listen to it here (click the link and it will launch your default MP3 player) or r-click and download it for podcasting.
I was interviewing John and Lorrie Hache, from Vancouver, and Roger Meacock, a UK vet who uses the SCENAR device to keep expensive race horses and dressage champions in tip top condition.
Or listen to it here and now, just click the Flash player button:
For those of you who haven't a clue what I'm talking about, watch a 7-minute YouTube video here Then come back and listen to our 75-minute teleclass.
By the way, the Haches have set up a special "pets and animals" package, just for my subscribers. You can purchase either the amazing Avazzia, or a home SCENAR (both work great for humans too, remember!) If you want to get a great discount deal, go to this page:
5. Adding Fish Oil to IV May Speed Septicemia Recovery
This is some good news that should probably go in my book "How To Survive In A World Without Antibiotics". It shows, among other things, that some hospitals and MDs are showing an interest in proper nutrition.
Adding fish oil to intravenous solutions proved beneficial for intensive care patients with life-threatening septicemia (widespread infection in the blood, often fatal).
The study, published Jan. 19 in the journal Critical Care, compared 13 patients who received fish oil in the normal IV nutrient solution given to patients with septicemia, to 10 patients who received just the normal IVs. Adding fish oil significantly reduced levels of inflammatory chemicals in their blood, brought increased lung function, and reduced the patient's stay in hospital.
It's counter intuitive to add fats and oils to a water-based IV. But doctors are finally catching on to just how important essential fatty acids really are (well, they are essential, are they not?!) People lying in hospital beds, fed ghastly junk food, are not going to ingest any fatty acids. They need to be supplied with it. That itself is a major miracle, that doctors think that way (at least some doctors).
Normally, soya oil has been used. Alternative nutritionists realized 2 decades ago that soya is bad for human health. It contains only omega-6 fatty acids, which increase inflammation. Yet doctors are still falling for the propaganda from the food industry and the pseudo-nutritionists among them.
The study was carried out by Philip Calder, of the University of Southampton in England. I doubt it will ever be reported in the US, where nutrition is about as welcome as Taliban chat shows.

6. What's In A Word?
Abstruse
Time was when I used to worry about the subtle difference between abstruse and recondite. Now it's decades since I heard the latter and years since I heard the former (except when reading old novels of course, where language was still in its vibrant youth).
Abstruse means: rare, uncommon, a bit hidden, complex, hard to understand.
Recondite is similar: Webster's gives it as remote from ordinary or easy perception; hidden; abstruse.
There are all sorts of fancy words in that same league: arcane, cryptic, mystic, cabalistic and others. I'm have struggled to think of a good everyday word we could use instead. Obscure isn't quite right, though I suppose people would know what you meant. "Deep", in a certain context, would probably cover it.
Heck, we need these two words!
So, that's all for this week!
Be well; find the sacred in all you do, otherwise don't do it!
